YCMI Board Member candidates

The Annual Meeting of Young CMI Norway is expected to take place in late May 2021. At the Annual Meeting, a number of seats on the Board of the association will be up for election.

The Board is responsible for the management of Young CMI Norway and thereby the promotion of interest in and development of maritime law. As a member of the Board, you will amongst other things take part in arranging lectures, discussions and social activities for young people with an interest in maritime law. We refer you to the website of Young CMI Norway and the association's LinkedIn pages for further information in that respect. At the website, you may also find the names and contact details of the current members of the Board.

The Nomination Committee makes recommendations to the Annual Meeting on the composition of the Board and of the Nomination Committee. The recommendations made by the Nomination Committee are attached to the summons to the Annual Meeting.

If you are interested in serving on the Board or would like to suggest other possible candidates for this position, we encourage you to submit an e-mail to one of the current members of the Nomination Committee, setting out the name, place of employment and position of the nominee, as well as a short (max. 250 words) reasoning/letter of motivation.
